Our omakase course is based on seasonal Japanese ingredients and includes a wide variety of seafood.

• Certain food allergies (such as dairy or shellfish). Please contact us before booking.
If you have a shellfish allergy, please let us know whether crustaceans (shrimp and crab) are acceptable.
• Pescatarians (meat will be omitted. Dairy products and eggs are still used.)
• Guests who do not eat meat for religious reasons.

Light and Airy Gluten-Free Kushiage in Ginza
The batter, uniquely blended with rice flour and other ingredients, is surprisingly light, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through in each kushiage served.
