We are a small reservation-only restaurant with just six counter seats, serving a seasonal gluten-free omakase kushiage course.

◎Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Our omakase course is based on seasonal Japanese ingredients and includes a wide variety of seafood.
◆We are able to accommodate:
• Guests with gluten allergy or celiac disease
• Certain food allergies (such as dairy or shellfish). Please contact us before booking.
If you have a shellfish allergy, please let us know whether crustaceans (shrimp and crab) are acceptable.
• Pescatarians (meat will be omitted. Dairy products and eggs are still used.)
• Guests who do not eat meat for religious reasons.
◆Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate:
• Rice allergy
• Soy allergy
• Guests who cannot eat seafood or fish in general
• Vegan requests
• Guests who cannot eat both meat and seafood
Soy-based ingredients, including soy sauce, miso and other seasonings, are used extensively throughout our course. As we cannot completely eliminate the risk of cross-contact, we are unable to safely accommodate soy or bean allergies.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be cancelled.

• As our restaurant is operated by a single chef, we may be unable to accommodate requests that have not been communicated in advance or changes requested on the day of your visit.
