Seafood-centric French bistro Äta is a French bistro that focuses on seafood cuisine. Äta is based on the concept of a bistro in a European port town, The interior of the restaurant is cute, casual, and relaxing. Here is what I ordered. Aioli with shrimp and vegetables (800 yen) Aioli (mayonnaise sauce with a little garlic) is a fluffy sauce that I had for the first time and it was delicious. It also looks gorgeous. Black truffle, mussel and cauliflower cocotte (2,700 yen) The truffle is shaved right in front of your eyes! From the inside, there is plenty of cauliflower, shellfish, and eggs. This is a favorite dish with its unusual combination of textures and fun, and the hot cheese is irresistible. Roasted wild boar (4,200 yen) Not only seafood, but also meat dishes are outstandingly delicious and not to be underestimated! Not many restaurants serve wild boar, so if you can find it on the menu, be sure to try it. The fatty meat is light and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat spreads. A dish using a heaping pile of potatoes and muscle is also served as an accompaniment.

Ata" in Daikanyama, continued 🍽. Second half ▪️ Roasted lamb 🐑. The perfect amount of rare is too sexy! 💕🙈. Quality lamb meat, the more you chew, the better it tastes! ✨ It also goes great with mustard! 🙆🙆 It was quite a big portion, but it was too delicious to finish with room to spare 😋! ▪️ mackerel prosciutto buffalo mozzarella 🐟🧀. Mackerel & cured ham & mozzarella cheese...... and what a melon🍈! 😳 I don't know if such a combination goes well together❓❓🤔 Sorry...it's crazy delicious! 😂 I could eat as many as I wanted! 🤤 ▪️ swordtip squid scallion zucchini Squid 🦑 is the best! 🙌🙌 The zucchini is juicy and what's more, the celery on top of the first is delicious! 👍 The spicy flavor makes it a good snack for drinks! 🍾🍷 The food log 4 points & bronze 🥉 is not a date! 💪. Good food, (moderately) stylish atmosphere, and very comfortable! 👌 This was a great restaurant that I would recommend to anyone! ❤️

Il ristorante di pesce nascosto "Äta" a Daikanyama è un locale di grande qualità, situato a metà strada tra Shibuya e Daikanyama, ed è presente nella guida Michelin. È un ristorante molto popolare, quindi è necessaria la prenotazione. Il piatto forte, "la nuca di tonno (1500 yen)", è un antipasto unico nel suo genere, composto da guance e testa di tonno grigliati, avvolti in formaggio e lattuga, da gustare con le mani. "Aioli (1100 yen e oltre)" è un piatto divertente in stile mediterraneo, dove si possono intingere gamberi con il guscio e ostriche al vapore in una salsa all'aglio speciale. Tra i piatti principali, il "Bouillabaisse di Ata (3600 yen)" è decisamente il migliore. Shibuya Daikanyama. A bistro with delicious seafood. The aioli (with squid, shrimp, mussels, etc.) and lobster are also exquisite. It's the best among seafood bistros!
