The "Barba" is a hideaway Italian restaurant that you really want to keep secret. We were able to visit the restaurant through the introduction of Mr. Ozawa, a respected and beloved member of the Tsukishita family, who was at Apicius. It is difficult to make a reservation at this restaurant, which is crowded with regular customers every day. The dishes prepared by the handsome chef, who trained mainly in northern Italy, are all authentic and tasty. Cacio e Pepe, a pasta specialty of Rome, is the chef's favorite dish. It is a superb dish. Since this was our second visit, we didn't get to try the main course, but the taste and hospitality made us want to go back again soon. It is open until late at night, so it is recommended to use it as a wine bar. Please enjoy a glass of wine with other adults in a relaxed atmosphere.

Italian restaurant open until late at night Cuccina Allabarba @ Roppongi Budget: 6,000-7,000 yen Occasions: Alone, Female companion, Date, Drinking with older person Burrata Caprese (950 yen) Stewed tripe with tomato (1,200 yen) Cheese fritters with eringi mushrooms (700 yen) Cacho e pepe with black pepper and cheese (¥1,300) Octopus & garlic crucola (1,950 yen) I ask for burrata cheese in many places. But this was the most delicious hands-on cheese ever! The bread and prosciutto butter served as a side dish is also great. The wine selection is also to my liking and the menu is very extensive.

<ぐでたまいすたー.またまたイタリアン> I've been eating a lot of Italian food lately. When I get addicted, I tend to eat the same thing over and over again. I finally got to see the handwritten menu at Allabarba! The quality of the appetizers was surprisingly high... The appetizer was a beautiful horse meat carpaccio. Salami and mozzarella! And the best of all! Antipasti with warm Taleggio cheese sauce and walnut salad! Hi... Attention! When Gudetamaista says a salad is a must-try, it means it's really good! Warm, salty, rich cheese served with a scoop of Antibes! Depending on the person you are eating it with, I thought it was right to eat it with your hands! The bottle of sparkling wine is getting low by the minute 🥺! Isn't it amazing that this is a one-operation operation? It's really wonderful! These beautiful dishes are all served by Baba san, the only chef at this restaurant. I don't even cook for myself.... Well I'll try someday. ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿
