In a space of concrete and dried flowers, light jazz plays, creating a calming atmosphere. The menu features dishes made with seasonal vegetables and natural wines, both of which are delightful in aroma and taste. The charcuterie platter includes ham made from beef heart, which is firm; a pâté of Ezo deer and chicken liver, which has a wild flavor; moist ham from Mochi pork; and chicken liver mousse, which is rich and creamy. In particular, the liver mousse is deeply flavorful, making it hard to stop eating the bread. The plate of fruits and cheese features an irresistible combination of sweet peaches and burrata. The roasted chicken breast is accompanied by a refreshing broccoli sauce and is visually appealing.
