It's a Carnivore Girls' Night Out at the Hideout! We hold a Carnivore Girls' Night out every month! This month, we held it at a restaurant where our friend became a member! Western-style kappou restaurant, Sei-san! This restaurant is a real hideout, and its address and phone number are not open to the public! The place is located in Tenroku area. It's really tucked away and there's no sign! A renovated house, very nice! The first floor has a counter and a tatami room, The second floor is a tatami room. partitioned by partitions, and can be divided into two tables. But on this day, we were the only guests, so the second floor was reserved exclusively for us. We were so relaxed and happy that we felt at home! Western-style steamed egg custard with seasonal vegetables, beef stew and mini hamburger steak! Chawanmushi with a gentle broth with a touch of milk. It is very smooth and melts in your mouth! This cut size is also great! The cured ham is not too salty and is very meaty! It's moist and just right on the tongue when you eat it! I love this kind of cured ham!
