From single dishes such as sesame kanpachi (amberjack) and raw oysters to fruit-based drinks, about 50 kinds of beverages are available, and the casual style of enjoying drinks while nibbling sushi is well liked. At lunch you can also enjoy the “Goku Nigiri (12 pieces),” which combines fresh nigiri and tempura.

It features a stylish café-like atmosphere with a design centered on solid wood and three zones of counter seats, table seats, and loft seats. The glass-front exterior makes the interior visible and inviting, and it can be used casually with self-ordering via QR code. Located in a prime spot directly connected to Hakata Station on the 2nd floor of the JRJP Hakata Building, it is convenient for stopping by during a trip.

With the concept of "a new sushi restaurant that is not conveyor-belt, is reasonably priced, and also serves alcohol," Eat Factory Holdings Co., Ltd. opened its first Osaka store, Sushiya Kotobuki Tsukasa, in July 2021. After opening additional locations in Yamaguchi and Tokyo, the Hakata store opened on May 23, 2023 as the first shop in Kyushu. The brand has since grown and expanded nationwide to places such as Hiroshima, Okinawa, and Kumamoto.
