The snacks were almost the same as those at the Shimotome Demae, but the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was based on white asparagus and had a sweet taste, while the clams and sea urchins added a delicious umami. The nigiri was different from the last time due to the difference in the size of the nigiri. The nigiri was slightly larger (this remained the same), and the rice was not hard all over, but was softly pressed and melted well in the mouth, intertwining well with the ingredients and very tasty. The ingredients such as the chip (princess trout), button prawns, kinki (freshwater fish), pole of the Kitayosagi clam, scallop, scallop, and Buffoon sea urchin (Kimura's sea urchin) are sushi with a flavor that even the best restaurants can't offer. The entrance is a noren (bamboo blind) in the position of the selfish entrance of the Frost Stop Miao. Inside is a narrow entrance to a tea ceremony room, creating a special atmosphere. The chef's menu is composed of a few snacks and a lot of nigiri. The tsumami are the same as those served at the frosty restaurant, but you can always find something you want again and again, such as uni (sea urchin), button prawns pickled in Nikka whiskey, and yellowtail ham, making it a good value. The nigiri is made by the owner, but the rice is very aggressive and comes with a hardness that makes you feel like, "Oh! The other day we went to Hokkaido for a "good food camp" ✈️ On the 4th day, we went to "Sushi Konoho Kanata" in Nakajima Park 🍣. A sushi restaurant produced by the owner of one of Hokkaido's most famous restaurants "Shimotome Deinae" ☝️ The place is also located in a separate room from "Shimotome Deminae". It just opened in January this year and I was really looking forward to it. ❤️ I was particularly impressed with 👇. Omakase (11,550 yen) ▪️ Kohada Shimotome Deminae is famous for their "Kohada Terrine", so I had high expectations for the Kohada, but it exceeded my expectations 😭😭. This is the No. 1 Kohada in my life❗️❗️🥇 Just barely salted and not too salty 😤😤. The fluffy and flavorful kohada goes perfectly with the mild red vinegar rice 👏👏👏. Well, I was so happy💕! ▪️ Tuna Today, I heard it's an individual from Choshi ☝️ This one was also so good that it made me shiver 😭. It looked a little lean, so I thought it would be sour, but it was so sweet and tasty 🤤🤤🤤. I think my friend who went with me had the same impression and we both looked at each other 🤣👀👀. ▪️Hair crab and sea urchin Hokkaido's seafood, a dream collaboration✨ I know it's supposed to be delicious... Yes, it was still delicious 😂😂. I like hairy crab and sea urchin because they are so easy to understand and delicious ❤️ ▪️Tekkimaki What a luxurious tekkomaki🤣🤣! I think it's the same individual as the nigiri I just had 🤔 Too delicious 👏👏👏. The red area is really nice 🤤🤤🤤. ▪️carasmi I've had shaved or thin slices many times, but never in this size 😳😳. Rich fish roe taste, perfect saltiness... Yes, it makes me want to drink more 😂🍾 I would eat it every day 🤤. ▪️ sweet shrimp, Yoichi marinated in whiskey🥃. The sweetness of the sweet prawns and the oakiness of the whiskey go well together❗️ Sake 🥃 will make you drink 🍷🤣🤣 ▪️Tsubu mussels, soy sauce malt sauce Crispy mussels❗️🐚 Tastes great without anything on it, but with this soy sauce koji sauce, it's foully delicious 😭😭. Great combination👏👏👏. The sushi is made by a dandyish chef who is very dynamic 💪. While both the ingredients and the rice were large, the taste was sophisticated and very satisfying🙆🙆 By the way, a glass of wine 🍷 is about 2,000 yen ☝️ All of them were delicious, so it was very satisfying. ☺️ Well, it was delicious 😋😋. I will definitely come back ❗️
