Established as 'TOKYO SPICE CURRY' in Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku in 2016. Later relocated to Impact HUB Tokyo in Meguro in 2017, and renamed to its current name in 2023. Despite operating only on Tuesdays each week, this unique establishment continues to receive enthusiastic support from many curry fans for its innovative curry.

Ito Mori is the leader of the cooking unit 'Tokyo Curry Boss' and the operator of 'M Kyok Curry'. His specialty is the 'Business Curry', where he goes to various places around the country to make curry. He is involved in a wide range of activities such as introducing recipes in magazines, books, and on the web, supervising curry-related products, and developing menus for restaurants. He operates a 'pop-up' curry shop once a week, offering creative curry dishes.
