The other day we went to "Bistro Bettinsha" in Jimbocho for lunch 🍛. Shopping in Jimbocho on my day off💁. It was lunchtime, so I went to a curry shop I've been curious about for a while: 🇮🇳👳‍♀️ By the way, it is one of the 100 best curry restaurants on the Eating Log 🏆. ▪️ Beef Sushi Kashmiri Curry After much hesitation, I gave in to the temptation of beef and went for the beef suji 🐮. I want beef🐃 in my curry 😂😂. The roux is like Kashmiri Curry, jabbering, but with a robust spiciness🔥 and umami ❗️ The sweetness and umami of the beef tenderloin harmonizes with the spiciness and mild flavor of the beef tenderloin. ☺️☺️ By the way, speaking of Kashmir, "Delhi" in Ueno ☝️ also seems to be from "Kashiwa Bombay" where the staff from Delhi took over the taste 🙌🙌! No wonder it tastes so good 😤😤😤😤😤. I was hooked on it and finished it in an instant 🤤! For some reason, I never get tired of eating this magical curry 🍛! Jimbocho is really a battleground for curry 💥💥.
