In a space with six counter seats at the back of an alley, you can enjoy watching the cooking up close. The course that makes use of seasonal ingredients is beautifully presented and satisfying in flavor. The fish grilled over charcoal and the steamed sushi were particularly impressive. The homemade soba served towards the end has a great texture, making it hard to stop eating. There is a wide variety of sake, including seasonal options, making it fun to choose. It has also earned a Michelin star, providing an experience that met expectations.
