We can create an original course with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours according to your budget. We can also add the seasonal crab, Kabako Crab, etc. to each course. Please feel free to inquire. The price is not fixed, but can be made from 7,580 yen.
The "Yakiniku Fish" is our original Hamayaki menu! The homemade miso soy sauce sauce is the key! This year, we have also added a handsome natural blowfish to the menu. The smell is irresistible, isn't it? It is just like eating with your nose! The only problem is that it makes the alcohol go down the drain! Please try it! Please note that there are cases where we recommend local Hiramasa fish in season during the summer instead of Gando fish depending on the day. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Shabu-shabu and devour natural gundo directly shipped from Noto Nanao. Nabe is delicious in Notomi even in summer! Every year, even in August, we receive orders every day, and we have had so many requests that we have started this year. Please give it a try!
Nodoguro (throat blackfish) is delicious, isn't it? Just having one salted and grilled one per person in a course is a luxury, but But the shabu-shabu of the throat blackfish? I've never heard of such a thing. Shabu-shabu with such a high quality fish is a lord's dish. ・・・・ I've never heard of such a thing! That's why it's so handsome! Please give it a try!
The well-known and high quality fish "Nodoguro"! You can eat both grilled and natural gundo shabu shabu shabu! Are you sure? Are you sure? It's OK! (^^)!
The well-known and high quality fish "Nodoguro"! You can eat both grilled and natural gundo shabu shabu shabu! Are you sure? Are you sure? It's OK! (^^)!
The well-known and high quality fish "Nodoguro"! The best part of Noto in winter, Kabako Crab is marinated in soy sauce! What? You can eat both of them? Really? Really? Really! This is a limited course until the "Noto soy sauce marinated Kabako crab" that we specially prepare for you is sold out. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Shabu-shabu and devour natural gundo directly shipped from Noto Nanao. Notomi is a great place to eat hot pot in summer, too! ・・・・ is good, but Notomi's course is for people who drink alcohol, right? We have had many people say ・・・・, so this is a course for those who can't drink.
I still remember the excitement when I first drank it!! The aroma, the mouthfeel, the smoothness, the aftertaste. Everything is on a different level!! I didn't know such sake existed!!
Someone said, 'If you were told to choose just one from the many sake options, without hesitation, it would be this!!' ... and that was the famous sake Tengumai Daiginjo from Ishikawa.
With each sip, the flavor of the sake and the aroma of the rice fill your mouth. Tonight, enjoy this with some buri shabu... it is a moment of happiness.
Sake Level +12. This is the driest sake in our shop. However, unlike the common dry and thin sakes, when you taste it, it feels light!? ... Just when you think that, the gentle umami of rice follows in the aftertaste. Our popular sake!!
When I was young, I thought there was only Zougen sake. It is that much of a major sake in Noto. Unlike the second-class sake I always drank, this Junmai has a strong umami of rice, and personally, I think it's great even when warmed. When you take a sip with squid black preparation, it's a burst!! It's the taste of the Japan Sea in the severe cold of Noto.
This is a famous sake used by a well-known restaurant in Kanazawa. It has a relaxed and calm flavor, just as the name suggests, a truly leisurely taste. Personally, I also recommend it warm or hot.
As you bring the ochoko to your mouth, a wonderful aroma of cedar wafts in. Please enjoy it cold!!
Rare shochu from Miyazaki!! Made with Kintoki sweet potatoes that surpass purple sweet potatoes!! Rich, sweet, and a little exceptional.
A flavor that tempts angels
Very popular among shochu enthusiasts!! It's a rare item!!

Adult's taste!!
Adult flavor!!
Fine, elegant, and with a deep, rich finish that pairs excellently with flavorful dishes.
The moment when the skin is lightly cooked and the flesh begins to round, turning a whitish color, is the perfect time to eat. The umami that spreads in your mouth is truly supreme. Please be sure to try it at least once. (Due to procurement and preparation, we kindly ask for reservations to be made at least three days in advance.)
The fatty flesh of Noto's natural yellowtail is briefly dipped in broth for just 2 seconds and enjoyed with our original 'Noto Mi Yellowtail Shabu Ponzu' sauce. ... No words are needed. The highlight is the final rice porridge. Everything up to this point has led to this moment!! Such is the flavor.
This is the ultimate topping menu!! We absolutely want customers who order 'Buri Shabu' or 'Tako Shabu' to try this dish. Enjoy fresh natural cod milt from Noto, cooked to your preference in shabu shabu style... You might think that's unfair! But this dish reaffirms that temperature is one of the keys to flavor. Please give it a try!!
This is seriously amazing... 'This is the monkfish liver that is tastier than foie gras...' A famous line from someone comes to mind.
The ultimate expression of mild flavor... I believe that is how the flavor of octopus is represented. The texture of octopus shabu shabu changes completely depending on how well it is cooked. Enjoying that is also a pleasure. Please enjoy it with 'Noto's Buri Shabu Ponzu'!
