The dough, colored like brown sugar, hides bits of adzuki beans, and it melts pleasantly in your mouth. The lotus root cake, known as Saiko, is smooth and creamy, and when paired with hojicha, its flavor is enhanced even more. The souvenir corner offers items like tai chazuke and chirimen, where you can find delights that appeal to all generations.
