Matsudo Tomita Menkizuna - thick tsukemen (ramen noodles) with all ingredients on top Matsudo Tomita Menkizuna is located in the fierce ramen battle zone of KITTE Marunouchi B1. It is under the direct management of "Chuka Soba Tomita," a restaurant with a long queue in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Thank you very much for the wonderful service of the waitress with a reaped hair. The famous restaurant is also a first-rate restaurant.

✏️ Matsudo Tomita Menkyo〗〖Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan ------------------------ The last day of the Kanto expedition. Before returning to Nagoya, I met up with Mr. Tomita and we had lunch together. The directly managed restaurant of "Chinese Soba Tomita" in Chiba prefecture opened its first branch in Tokyo on 3/5(^^). There are more seats and the turnover is good, so no matter what time you get in line, you can be seated earlier than expected. I want to go eat at the main restaurant too 🌸. I'll make some errands and fly to Chiba. :) : :. 🍀 thick tsukemen (large 320g) (💴1070) A menu item that is synonymous with Tomita. The flavor wafts from the moment the bowl arrives on the table. The noodles are made of extra-thick whole wheat noodles blended with Hokkaido wheat. The sweetness of the wheat flavor that spreads out in a flash is powerful because of the thickness of the noodles. The outside of the noodle is a little bit tough, so it would be better if it were a little tighter. When dipped in the dipping sauce, the noodles become entangled in the soup. The taste of wheat, seafood, and pork bone fills your mouth. The sweetness of wheat is covered with the flavor of seafood and pork bone. The refreshing yuzu (citrus fruit) balances out the sweetness of the wheat flavor. The soup is made with soup stock containing niboshi (dried sardines), dried bonito flakes, and saba-bushi (mackerel flakes). The flavor of the dried bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, and mackerel flakes are combined with the flavor of the dried bonito flakes to create a soup that is more refreshing.
