Sake Sake: ¥380 (Alfa Kaze no Mori) So we started with sake right away. The first drink was "Alpha Kaze no Mori". With an alcohol content of 14%, it is an easy brand to drink even for those who are not strong drinkers. The refreshing sensation when the sharpness and the shwashiness mix in your mouth is irresistible. Cooking Appetizer Start with an appetizer of minced meat stuffed into focaccia. It is salty and flavored to make you want to drink. Malta platter ¥1,280 This is our specialty dish based on three kinds of tuna (red tuna, salmon roe, and sea urchin), to which seasonal dishes are added according to the season. The red tuna is lean, but you can feel it melt in your mouth. The sea urchin has a tremendous flavor when dipped in soy sauce along with the seaweed on which it is served. Ikura (salmon roe) should be mixed with other ingredients as you like. I don't think it is the finest ingredient, but it has a gentle flavor that fits the popular atmosphere. For this quantity and quality, 1,280 yen is quite reasonable, and this is a menu item that should be ordered first and foremost. Chicken thigh yaki 780 yen The finely cut chicken meat is soaked in a thick sauce. The crunchy texture of the bean sprouts and lettuce underneath is addictive. Salmon Cream Stew ¥480 I ordered this dish because the name appealed to me. As the name suggests, the cream stew is filled with salmon fillets, and the two go surprisingly well together. The salmon soaked in a mild sweetness is quite delicious. It is a dish I would like to eat in winter. Kasu-jiru Ramen 580 yen The mellow kasu-jiru (sake lees soup) is well mixed with the noodles. Some people may not like the unique flavor, but I liked it. People who like to drink will surely be addicted to this dish. Rice ball with meat miso ¥280 Finish with a stylishly arranged rice ball. The rice stands up well and has a great texture. Drinks All sake is ¥380 (90cc). It is extremely rare to be able to enjoy sake selected by the owner, who is a sake taster, at this price. Ingredients As you can see from the prices, the ingredients are not of the highest quality. However, the warm seasoned ingredients are just right for drinking in a popular atmosphere. You won't be able to stop drinking. Since this was our second visit to the restaurant, we were only able to try a small portion of the dishes. There were many other intriguing dishes, so next time I would like to try them with gusto. Impression Of course a sushi restaurant that charges tens of thousands of yen is delicious, and of course a yakiniku restaurant that uses high-grade wagyu beef is delicious.
