We directly deliver seasonal seafood caught in the waters off the Noto Peninsula in Hokuriku, so the freshness is exceptional. The catch varies from day to day, so please understand that prices may fluctuate. However, we promise to provide truly delicious offerings! The seafood available for the day is displayed on a board inside the restaurant. For example, in spring... sardines, sayori, hachime, octopus, etc.; in summer... horse mackerel, kiss, nejirogarei, flying fish, amadai, squid, and shellfish; in autumn... mackerel, sanma, sea bream, salmon, barracuda, sweet shrimp, etc.; in winter... winter yellowtail, flounder, halibut, cod, anglerfish, megi, crab, etc. Additionally, we have plenty of seasonal delicious seafood such as nodoguro, gas shrimp, turban shell, and white shrimp!
