A series of delicious food @ Shichijo｜Eat delicious food and be happy♪ I have been curious about this restaurant ever since it opened! This is Niku Kappo Futago, a new business model of Futago, an Osaka yakiniku/horumon restaurant. Shinjuku, Kitashinchi, and here in Kyoto Shichijo THEJUNEIHOTELKYOTO It is located on the first floor of the hotel! Take off your shoes to enter the restaurant. There are tables in the front and private rooms in the back. There are not so many seats, but it is a calm and relaxing space with a modern Japanese style that is typical of Kyoto. I can't tell you how long I have been waiting for this day since the day I made my reservation! I made a reservation for the [Omakase Course] - Seasonal Flavors and the King of Japan - 13,310 yen. Toast with a glass of Champagne! It was crisp, dry, and delicious! Now~ the fun part of the meal is about to begin! Japanese king filet foie gras with pickled leek and yellow yuzu First came the small bowl of foie gras and filet! The aroma of yuzu is refreshing, and the Nara pickles do a great job, delighting with their texture and flavor! ■Hachisun: A colorful assortment of wagyu beef Wagyu beef neck and chrysanthemum greens with sesame paste and eringi shinan Wagyu sirloin and tuna yukke Wagyu beef neck and chrysanthemum greens with sesame paste, eringi mushrooms and shiaminami mushrooms Wagyu tongue and figs, fried with sansho salt Roasted Duck with Sprouted Grain Mustard Happy feeling with autumnal decorations There are many discoveries, such as combining meat and chrysanthemum greens with sesame paste, or tuna and meat! I can eat a lot of things like this, but it seems to take a lot of time and effort to make them! We enjoyed it with gratitude! steamed egg custard with matsutake mushrooms The light but elegant broth makes you feel at ease! The matsutake mushrooms are cooked separately, so the texture is crispy! Grilled Japanese king sirloin with hoba leaves garnished with white maitake mushrooms and abalone mushrooms and the sauce is a cream sauce of morel mushrooms A lot of mushrooms are used and it has a nice autumn aroma! Of course! The meat is tender, juicy and exquisite! Good meat has delicious fat! Strong snacks: Japanese egg ribeye shabu shabu shabu with beef bones A small pot is set up and shabu-shabu is served. The beautifully sinewy ribeye is then shabushabu-shabu in beef bone broth! The most luxurious! Even the soup was so delicious that I drank it all! Chopstick rest - WAO UCHIHIRO and seafood ravioli Lobster and scallop Uchihira under thinly sliced radish, It is served with a refreshing Tosa vinegar jelly. The prawns were plump and the scallops were sweet! It is not a chopstick rest at all, but a regular dish! ■Kamagaki Special Blend Rice and Wagyu Beef Triangular Ribs Sukiyaki Rice blended with three kinds of rice cooked in an earthenware pot The rice is so sweet and sparkling! Sparkling and sweet with a great presence of each grain! Sukiyaki is a delicious dish with a rich egg, of course it's delicious! Of course! On the rice, right? But you know what, the rice is so delicious, it outweighs the meat! Such delicious rice ranks high on my list! ■Sweet Maruju Brulee and fruits Crispy caramelized sweet potato brûlée! It's so heartwarming! I knew before I tried it that I would never miss it and that it would definitely be delicious, but it was really all too good! The way it was combined with the meat was just right for my taste! I'm curious about the store in Kitashinchi, too! I like yakiniku, but lately I think I prefer this kind of Japanese cuisine!
