One of the best yakitori restaurants in Kyoto

A popular yakitori restaurant located near Shijo-Karasuma. The owner has a background of training at the famous yakitori restaurants "Torito" and "Kusagui Nakahigashi. His specialty is an elaborate dish of otsuji (appetizers) with dashi (Japanese soup stock). Hine chicken, Kyoto red chicken, and young chicken are used for yakitori, and the quality of not only yakitori but also a la carte dishes is high and highly recommended. Both service and taste are highly satisfactory, making it a difficult restaurant to make reservations.

Reservations have become an absolute requirement, and on weekends it is no longer possible to get in without one. The food is of the utmost importance, and includes rare items such as jidori (local chicken), The taste, freshness, and cooking quality are all at a high level. This is one of the best yakitori restaurants in Kyoto, and I can say with confidence that this is the place to go for yakitori.

Everything from the tsukidashi to the yakitori and duck roast was delicious. You must try the chonchin and the duck roast! It was a great restaurant that I want to go back to.

A yakitori restaurant where the birds are fresh and very tasty. Reservations are a must! It was a very, very popular restaurant, so we were lucky to get a reservation by chance. We had the skin, bonjiri, seseri, etc. Too good to be true. ！！！！ We were seated at the counter, but the space is a little narrow. I would say it's a bit narrow, so you can't really relax. ...... But it was delicious, so I guess it's okay.
