As you enter the alley, a calm café with the warmth of wood appears. The set meals centered around brown rice have a gentle flavor that brings comfort with every bite. In particular, the salmon marinated in salt koji is fluffy and tender, and even the skin is delicious. The small bowls of vegetables and root vegetable stews are lightly seasoned, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. It's delightful to have the option of warm or cold tea, and the smiles of the staff are also soothing. There is a service for refilling brown rice, leaving both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
