The main dish is a soup, served with rice, namul, and kimchi. The soft cartilage soup is not spicy, and the umami flavor spreads later. It is filled with plenty of vegetables like onions, radishes, and shimeji mushrooms, so it never gets boring until the end. You can change the flavor to your liking with the accompanying spiciness or gochujang, making it enjoyable. It pairs well with rice, and you keep eating more and more. The service was also pleasant, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
