In a small shop located in a corner of a building in Nakasu, I was able to enjoy gyoza while having a quick drink. They wrap the filling and grill it after you place your order, so the aroma of freshly made gyoza wafts through the air. The grilled ones have a thin skin that is crispy and fragrant, and their modest size makes them hard to resist. The soup-style torn gyoza had a refreshing broth that made me want to drink it all. The steamed gyoza were flavorful even without any dipping sauce, and comparing the fried and shrimp gyoza was also enjoyable. With a gentle flavor that doesn't use garlic, I felt the care of the maker and learned about the way to enjoy them, making for a pleasant experience.
