Wasami is a Japanese-style pub in Osaka Prefecture that requires reservations. It is a popular restaurant, although it is difficult to find due to the lack of a sign. All of the dishes, which are prepared in a way that brings out the natural flavor of the fish, are exquisite. I was most impressed with the sashimi, and the seared sea bream was the first time I had tasted such a plump and fatty dish. The owner of the restaurant was kind and friendly, and as one would expect from such a popular restaurant.

Although there is no signboard, it is a shop that is always bustling. The dishes, which are very focused on the quality of the fish, are fresh and delicious.
