In a small shop centered around the counter, you can enjoy a calm dining experience. The creative dishes that utilize ingredients from Amakusa are all unique and visually appealing. The salad with the aroma of shiso and the combination of sea bream and caviar were very impressive. The thick curry, infused with the umami of vegetables, pairs well with the thigh meat of Amakusa Daisuke. The pork cutlet combined with gari, beef consomme sheet, and truffle mustard miso is also a delightful dish. The staff's explanations are thorough, allowing you to enjoy a special dining experience comfortably.
