Obanzai Cafe Hiraki Kombu Ten

The dishes are characterized by the abundant use of kombu and koji, featuring items such as kombu-marinated sea bream and salt koji steamed chicken with kombu, all highlighting the flavors of the ingredients. Despite being lightly seasoned, the umami is distinctly felt, offering a gentle taste that is kind to the body. Each handmade dish is crafted with care, providing a sense of satisfaction.

The exterior is modest, but once you step inside, a stylish space renovated from an old building unfolds. It has a calm atmosphere perfect for dining with a small number of people, allowing for a pleasant time. You can feel the attention to detail in the interior, and there are new discoveries every time you visit.

Opened on September 19, 2025, in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. Previously located in Fushiki, it was beloved by the local community. In this new location, we continue to offer traditional flavors. Even in the new environment, we cherish our unchanged hospitality and taste, warmly welcoming all visitors.
