A meat meeting with people who see more than their parents face. We were served by a brother who looks like Jiro Sisonne and resembles a character from Momoya and an 18 year old girl on her first day of work. They said we looked like minors, even though we have one foot in the 30s. By the way, childish face is not a compliment. It's just that their faces are not innocent with a childish and dowdy look. Revisited Ningyocho's [NIKUGATOU]. Revisited because of the delicious and unusual menu with good costuming 😂💕One of my favorite restaurants ❤️ We ordered the standard Wagyu A5 Akami Rock as well as Ichibo 1.5 seconds yaki sukiyaki style this time: ❤️ The lean meat rock is repeatedly grilled with butter and soy sauce to soak up the flavor and eat... And the top tongue here is the best at 1,200 yen, thick and in large pieces... 🍖! The jalami was dipped in truffle salt...juicy and succulent! We also ordered the pudding shaved ice to finish off the meal, which impressed us so much 🍧🍮. It's as if I came here to eat this shaved ice. LOL! I guess this place will become popular in the future! A new way to enjoy meat by meat lovers for meat lovers. It can be served as a sandwich, takoyaki-style, shabu-shabu, or grilled. Even shaved ice covered with eel sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper). [Oyster and Meat Shabu Shabu Marriage: Sirloin from Ultimate Masa in Yamagata and oysters from Sekauma Gen together. Oysters in broth and very thin sirloin, wrapped with green onion and served with ponzu (Japanese vinegar). They go so well together. The oyster is just heated through quickly, so the difference in temperature is good. The sirloin is also well salted and has a nice fatty flavor, as if it has been carefully thought out. Collaboration of oyster man Sekauma Gen-san, Yamagata Masa-san, and Tsuyoshi-san, owner of Nikgatou, is good:)
