A long-established tempura restaurant in business for over 60 years. Their specialty is Kuro-tendon (black tempura bowl) using the traditional sauce that has been used since the establishment of the restaurant. It was introduced in "Gourmet of Solitude," Season 2, Episode 2. The restaurant has a downtown-style exterior, and the counter seats in the restaurant are always full of businessmen who come for lunch to enjoy the famous tendon. The pitch-black looking tendon is made of plump shrimp, fluffy conger eel, vegetables, and other ingredients, covered with a sweet and rich sauce that gives it an elegant taste. The homemade oshinko (pickles) are also popular.
