It's a small sushi restaurant centered around the counter, with a small raised seating area in the back. There is no menu; they serve nigiri and sashimi based on the fresh ingredients of the day. Everything is very fresh, and the nigiri keeps coming out, which is exciting. Each piece is seasoned just right, allowing you to enjoy it as is. The sashimi is also appealing, especially the lively texture of the shrimp, which is impressive. The conversation with the chef is pleasant, and you can feel the Edo-style techniques up close.
