Absolute class omakaze! Probably the best sushi experience in my life so far! There was not a single serving I disliked, everything was just perfect and delicious. The sea urchin was exceptionally outstanding! Regardless of the limited English, all servings were sufficiently explained. Mr. Hashiguchi-san and his wife are the sweetest couple, full of joy and passion for their beautiful little place. Lots of smile and jokes along the journey. Another plus is the lack of photos and mobile use, which gives a peaceful atmosphere and a whole other focus on the food and not least tastings. They get my warmest recommendations, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again next time.

The sushi was soft and fluffy with soft vinegared rice, and surprisingly matched with the vinegared blue fish. The shinko, vinegared horse mackerel, and vinegared sardine were all very tasty and can only be found here.

How nice of him, and how much I remember him as a little boy who speaks Japanese, but he is the first foreigner here who can distinguish between male and female shrimps. We had a great time eating the snacks and drinks, and walked around the restaurant for a few minutes.

I only had a handful. Good manners. High! 😩 😢 Food log 4.49. Old Kansai style! The only snack is sashimi, but it's soooo good! But........ I'm not sure if it's a "good" place or a "bad" place.
