Kizaki is located three minutes from Akasaka-mitsuke Station. The owner, Mr. Richi Kizaki, trained at famous restaurants such as "Ginza Kyubei" and "Sushi Tokami" before opening his own restaurant. I was so busy with work that I could only eat at convenience stores for almost a month, and I had not been able to go out to eat, so I was too stressed out to go out to eat. I grabbed my money and went to 💪🏻 Each dish was so delicate and delicious that I felt like I was soaking in a hot spring and all the tension in my body was released 🥺(expressive power, lol). The first dish was the tuna poke, and the second dish, the sesame tofu, was so soft and fluffy like a rice cake, I was in awe. The sushi is great, the anago is fluffy, and it's a happy rewarding space ☺️ I had the night course with beer and about 4 bottles of sake? I was so happy ☺️❣️ It made me want to work hard again! I want to come back! Mr. Kizaki was very friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a lot of fun 🌈! As a result, it was like we had the place to ourselves. 🙇🏼‍♀️❣️ Thank you very much 💞.

Continuation of Mr. Kizamaki's (ω) My favorite tuna festival: ((((; ))))))) The tuna served that day was 120 kg from Katsuura, Chiba. The tuna was a 4-piece meal of Akami, Chutoro, Ootoro, and Pickled Tuna((((;P))))))) Including the rolls at the tip, it's 5 pcs. ((((;ДД))))))) ((((；PДﾟ))))))) ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))))) ((((；ﾟД))))))) ((((；ﾟД))))))) I was so happy I almost came to heaven in the middle of eating😇 I guess there was a place in Akasakamitsuke that was the closest place to heaven 🙄. Kizaki-san's sharp eyes as he worked was so cool I couldn't help but stare at him for a long time ˘ω˘ )

It's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've quit trying to escape only to Stories. [I visited Kizaki-san's restaurant with my dear friend, which I had not been able to visit due to timing conflicts. The champagne and wine lineup is as bubbly as you'd expect 😂 (I can only open Henri Giraud even if I try my best with my own financial resources lol). The lineup started with the unchanged tsukitaki, and the seasonal water shield greens, matsutake mushrooms, Lake Shinji eel, and tail meat were all standard fare, so you could tell the work that had gone into the dish. Nigiri (hand-rolled sushi) is a seasonal delicacy that goes well with the red vinegared rice! Haruko and kisses were also my favorites! By the way, this hard texture of rice is so addictive! Congratulations again to Mr. and Mrs. Kizaki for opening your own restaurant! I will visit again soon!

Will definitely go back. This is just a note because I was not feeling well and could not eat with all my might. I did enjoy the red vinegar rice, but not the tuna, and I did enjoy the sea urchin, sea eel, etc..., The general manager, who was formerly second in command at Tomomi and has trained abroad, is calm. I have a feeling this is going to be a sushi restaurant that will be hard to get reservations at in the future. Still young. This is a restaurant that will get better and better. If I go there now, I can say I've been going there since I was young when it got a Michelin star lol. And for that? I suggest you go as soon as possible. People who are foodies have already started going there. I can't wait to go for a full course meal!
