The main parts of the meat are ribeye, uchimomo and shintama. It is a very well-balanced sukiyaki with a 50-50 ratio of loin to lean meat. There is one more appetizer than Course A. Course Contents Aperitif, three appetizers, sukiyaki, udon noodles, and pickles.
Sukiyaki consists of various parts such as sirloin and rump. One more appetizer and water sweets are served with this course than the B course. Sukiyaki meat is made from more tender red meat parts. Course Cuisine Aperitif, four appetizers, sukiyaki, udon noodles, pickles, and mizusashi.
