The main parts of the meat are ribeye, uchimomo and shintama. It is a very well-balanced sukiyaki with a 50-50 ratio of loin to lean meat. There is one more appetizer than Course A. Course Contents Aperitif, three appetizers, sukiyaki, udon noodles, and pickles.
