The sea urchin dipping noodles have chewy thick noodles coated with a rich sea urchin dipping sauce, providing satisfaction. The combination of spinach, flavored egg, lemon, and seaweed adds a refreshing touch, and pouring the sauce over a mini rice at the end brings happiness. The miso ramen has a pleasant aroma and nostalgic flavor, pairing perfectly with the chashu. The gyoza and non-alcoholic sour drinks are delicious, making the entire meal enjoyable.

I visited for the first time and had the sea urchin dipping noodles. The aroma of the sea urchin is strong but not heavy, and the balance of the dipping sauce is very good. The noodles are firm and smooth, and they pair perfectly. The table condiments are kept to a minimum, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor. It was nice to add lemon to the drinking water to refresh my mouth while eating. The interior is decorated with many photos and signatures, and I am also curious about the cabbage miso ramen and biryani.
