Osaka Gourmet Post ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ This place is located near Dotonbori! This okonomiyaki restaurant has been listed in Michelin many times! The restaurant opens at 11:00, but we went at about 10:40 on a weekday and waited for the restaurant to open! I was the first one to get in*(^o^)/*By the time the restaurant opened, there were already more than 10 groups waiting in line ( °_° ). Yamayaki (pork loin and shrimp) Negi-yaki (pork belly and kimchi) Doton Soba We had ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! Yamo-yaki is the most popular one! You must try it if you go there! It was fluffy and too delicious,! The sauce was not too strong and light! Negi-yaki was also delicious with lots of green onions! It's almost like a pancake. And the Dotonsoba! The sticky thick noodles are too good! If you go to Osaka, this is definitely the place to go! There were many other dishes on the menu, so I want to go back when I go to Osaka again ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

Hozenji Set (Modern-yaki, Yamamoyaki, Negiyaki, Yakisoba, Mitsu no Yaki) Okonomiyaki in Dotonbori! A skinny guy grills okonomiyaki smartly without saying a word and leaves. The plum sour soaked into my palate. Everything was delicious! (Thank you Sakai sisters for standing in line for 10% of the time) (Thanks to the Sakai sisters for waiting in line 10% of the time.) After eating the flour, my clothes started to smell like okonomiyaki, and I walked right by Shochikuza Theater and went straight to Osaka-jo Hall. Sorry about the otaku around us. I know it was smelly.

Best. Nihonbashi "Bizuno Yam baked oysters & pork loin Mitsu no Yaki Negi-yaki Pork belly & Kimchi Michelin Bib Gourmand! This is a very famous and popular restaurant in Osaka with a long queue. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, there was already a line of about 30 people. The turnover rate was surprisingly good though, and we were in the restaurant in about 30 minutes! The waiter carefully bakes the food right in front of you, which is very nice 😭. First, the Yamoyaki! The oysters and pork belly are grilled to perfection and then topped with a fluffy yam.... Bizuno yaki is another fluffy dough with various ingredients, It was my first time to try it. Negi-yaki is made with pork kimchi! It was a great way to end the meal! And it's good again... A place where you can feel Osaka! The authentic and delicious okonomiyaki was the best!
