The cozy interior centered around the counter has just been renovated, making it very clean and comfortable. It's exciting to choose from the colorful ingredients lined up in the showcase, making the ordering time a thrill. When you ask for the chef's recommendation, fresh and substantial sushi keeps coming out, bringing a sense of happiness. The Edomae-style sushi, such as kohada, marinated tuna, and fluffy simmered eel, is impressive with its craftsmanship. The slightly sweet thick omelet is large, and when you put it in your mouth, a gentle flavor spreads. In the warm atmosphere with AM radio playing, the attentive service from the family-run staff brings a sense of comfort.
