Sushi Daichi, located in Hiroo, is a hidden-away sushi restaurant with only counter seating available by reservation only. The chefs are trained by the Sushisei Group and serve traditional Edomae-style sushi using fresh and high quality ingredients. The restaurant is especially proud of its tuna procured from Yamayako, the world's largest tuna wholesaler. The restaurant serves red and white rice to match the ingredients and offers a course meal that includes dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
