First in March! HotPepper, a sushi restaurant in Azabu-juban, "Tama Sushi", which will appear in the mass media. The owner and his mother have taken over the business from their predecessors, and it is a favorite restaurant for everyday customers that they don't really want to tell you about. While there are many things to be concerned about, the ingredients and rice are in perfect balance. The black vinegar rice and the thick meaty fish. Hats off to their confidence in their ingredients and their humble attitude. The tuna at Juban, including izakaya (Japanese style pubs), is at a funny level. The long-established shop is the only way to procure tuna. Sardine, flatfish boiled and lightly pickled. The unpretentious service is a delight, and you will enjoy the conversation with the owner, who is always willing to get involved with you, and conversely, will return your calls with his own honesty. The owner is shy at first. A sushi restaurant in downtown Azabu-juban, just like the old days. Lunch is from ￥850. A place you want to go to forever, drink and eat a lot for less than ￥5000. Once you get hooked, you will never want to leave.

Tama Sushi is the oldest sushi restaurant in Azabu Juban. It is affordable and popular among locals who like the personality of the second generation owner and go there at least once a week. Recently, we noticed how delicious the tuna here is, and asked him about his supplier. He told us that he sources his tuna from the same tuna shop as Ginza's high-end Sushi Aozora and Tempura Kondo from his predecessor. The owner told us that high-end restaurants purchase their tuna without asking about the price, so popular restaurants like ours are able to get it wholesale at a discount. The egg omelet, conger eel, and clams are also excellent. It is a traditional sushi restaurant in town where you can eat and drink for about 5,000 yen per person.

Reasonable Sushi Lunch This traditional sushi restaurant is located in Azabu Juban, down the alley from Abe-chan's main restaurant. There are many sushi restaurants in the Azabu Juban and Roppongi area where you can get sushi for around 1,000 yen for lunch, but the fish is thin and the rice is small. For those who want to eat with gusto for lunch, I would recommend Tama Sushi. The freshness and the parts of the fish may be inferior, but the slices are thick and the rice is huge! The owner runs the restaurant by himself, so there are some issues with service, such as serving time, but sitting at the white wood counter gives you a sense of luxury.

Tama Sushi" is a sushi restaurant in Azabu Juban run by a second-generation owner with his mother. Lunch is ￥850 per nigiri, and ￥1000 and ￥1200 for 1, 2, and 5 servings, respectively. The meat of the neta is thick and the rice is a large nigiri with a strong black vinegar flavor. The portion for one person is large enough to satisfy even men. The omelet is one of the best. At night, you can have all the food you want and drink until you are drunk! The swordfish was delicious. The price is made possible by the fact that it is a family-run business that requires no rent. I have been going to this restaurant quite often, and even during the festival, it was open as usual.

A sushi restaurant in town for everyday use, a favorite of ours that we visit once a week. Family management is the secret to the low prices at Tama Sushi. The price is ¥5,000 per person for a drink and a bite to eat. The entrée depends on the day, but this time there were three kinds: dried sardines, pickled cucumbers, and bamboo rings. You can drink from this alone. I recommend the mackerel. The prices and service are the same for first-time customers. Please drop by the restaurant, which is crowded with locals.
