It has a hidden atmosphere, with a calm space that only has a counter. The signature dish is a hot pot where you can choose the broth, and the light flavor of bonito soy sauce was very pleasant. The hot pot, with the aroma of sansho pepper wafting through, enhances the umami of the meat and seafood. In addition to the local chicken and pork, the sea cucumber, bonito tataki, scallop, and shrimp tartare were all delicious. The combination of ham and camembert, smoked daikon with cream cheese, and a platter of pickled vegetables are also perfect for enjoying with drinks. The staff are friendly, and it's nice to be able to enjoy drinks slowly with a small group.
