Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1974. After graduating from a culinary vocational school, he started his career at a French restaurant and honed his skills at various restaurants in Fukuoka and Kyoto. In February 2010, he opened 'Robata Raibashi' and has since expanded multiple locations in Fukuoka City, focusing on robatayaki. He believes in highlighting the contours of ingredients through cooking and aroma, and at 'Sankobashi', he dedicates himself to supervising and guiding artisans to capture the best moment guided by charcoal on the plate.
