【Tokyo Kamiyacho】 Welcome to "Shokudo aca," which opened as the second line of the extremely difficult-to-reserve famous Spanish restaurant "aca." The concept is slightly different from the main store, offering a course structure where you can enjoy authentic Spanish regional dishes in small plates. Its popularity has been rising even more within a year and shows no signs of stopping. Course ◇ Ajoblanco Snap peas, garlic, and almond sauce ◇ Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) ◇ Baby squid in squid ink sauce with grilled rice cake ◇ Bogavante Potatoes, onions → A sandwich with ingredients stuffed in bread, often referred to as the national dish of Spain. ◇ Alitas de Pollo → Spanish-style fried chicken seasoned with paprika powder. ◇ Escabeche → A Mediterranean dish of fried fish pickled in vinegar, said to be the prototype of Japan's Nanban-zuke. ◇ Omi beef Ichibo steak with onions ◇ Firefly squid and bamboo shoot paella ◇ Lamb paella Mantis shrimp, white asparagus ◇ Ice cream made from Toyama goat milk and moonlight lily root ◇ Herbal tea The main dishes are, of course, excellent, but the sauce accompanying the Ajoblanco and the aioli sauce with the paella are exceptional. The goat milk ice cream at the end is so addictive that some people ask for seconds. I bought a Basque cheesecake from BLANCA as a souvenir. This time, only the spring limited matcha flavor was available. It was incredibly rich and delicious, so much so that I later bought some online for my family.

It was great to eat a little bit of every delicious thing. ...... I want to go a lot because the price is affordable if you try hard enough, but I bet you can't get a reservation. LOL! I want to go again after the new year.
