It was an amazing experience with chef Toma Shoji. The meal was amazing, as well as his sympathy. He showed us the photos he took with other customers from all over the world! He also ensured that we could take our Shinkansen! 5/5 stars, amazing!
Sushi Tora and Touma-san exceeded every single expectation. The omakase was unparalleled, but his story is even more compelling. If I lived in Kanazawa, I'd be here twice a week.
I would go back every day! A very intimate little place, like eating at your grandparents' house, a unique and pleasant experience in my opinion! Sushi prepared with a lot of passion and love! Definitely highly recommended if you want to have an authentic experience. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and unmistakably Japanese, with that comforting quietness that lets you enjoy every bite.
