We offer a seasonal omakase experience that includes not only sushi but also small seasonal dishes and soups, allowing you to feel the essence of Kanazawa's seasons. We want to convey the local flavors in the most delicious way possible—driven by this desire, we started a small counter sushi restaurant in front of the station.
