We offer richly flavored 100% buckwheat soba made from carefully selected buckwheat flour. Seasonal vegetables and maitake mushroom tempura are also popular, enhancing the umami of the ingredients. You can fully enjoy the firmness and aroma of the soba. Additionally, you can choose coarsely ground soba, allowing you to experience different textures and flavors.
