The atmosphere is quiet, and the counter seats are comfortable. Seasonal dishes come out one after another, and each is carefully prepared. The medium fatty tuna and sea urchin in the sashimi are rich in flavor and melt in your mouth. The conger eel with water shield and steamed red snapper, as well as the simmered gurnard, are fragrant and satisfying. The cold dish of grilled eggplant and the simmered vegetables have a gentle taste, and the aftertaste lingers even with the red miso soup. The interactions with the staff are friendly, and the sake and beer flow easily.
