While many sushi restaurants only serve nigiri for lunch, at Tobi, you can eat a full course meal from noon...all sushi, such as steamed nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) and hand-rolled eel sushi, are unquestionably delicious. The rice loosens up softly in your mouth, which is also a nice treat!

A representative sushi restaurant in Kanazawa where you can enjoy a course at lunchtime as well. The steamed throat blackfish is a mass of deliciousness! You must try it when you visit the restaurant. It is not cheap, but it would cost twice as much in Tokyo. This is a restaurant overflowing with hospitality.

This sushi restaurant satisfies 100% of the desire for seafood and sushi when one thinks of Kanazawa. Half of the restaurant is filled with locals and the other half with tourists. The taciturn owner puts his heart and soul into every single piece of sushi he makes, and the flavors are gentle and delicate. Straightforward and delicious.
