When you enter by going down the stairs of the building, you find a calm space with a counter, tables, and tatami rooms. The dishes come out at a good pace, which is appreciated as you can enjoy them right away. The sashimi has just the right amount of elasticity and is fresh, providing satisfaction with every bite. The small bowls of namasu, simmered chrysanthemum greens, stews, and pickles are all carefully prepared and taste great. In particular, the shabu-shabu of red snapper has thick slices, and when lightly dipped, the flavorful fat spreads pleasantly. Even the soup made from the fish's head is delicious, making the rice go down easily.
