Seasonal food at Todaka We had dinner at the newly renovated standing bar Todaka. We had a course of seasonal matsutake mushrooms and wagyu beef. The main course consisted of aromatic matsutake mushrooms and wagyu beef, and the signature dishes such as boiled egg with unionza, mackerel roe, and seko-gani. The all-you-can-drink price of 12,000 yen seemed very reasonable.

[Unfortunately, Tori Shiki was a little early and had no vacancy, and Tori Kado was almost empty for two people, so we went to Todaka, which had been on our mind for a while. The diner seemed to be full, so we went to the standing drinking area. We had a menu of mainly what Todaka-san is known for.... I mainly had dishes from the menu that are typical of Todaka-san:) The sours and highballs made from freshly squeezed fruits are delicious. More importantly, the personality of Mr. Todaka is very friendly and kind.... What a nice and friendly person he is! Thank you very much!

I want to eat it like a potato 🤔 lol The main restaurant, famous for "Solitary Gourmet", is fully booked until next August, but here across the street, the menu is almost the same and it's relatively easy to get a reservation🙆If you're lucky, you can even make a spur-of-the-moment reservation: ‼️ The name of the restaurant is "Tachinomi" but you can sit down 😋(standing is also available) There is a course of 8 dishes + all-you-can-drink drinks under 700 yen for 6,000 yen. The drinks are also delicious 🍹, including button candy sake and fresh oroshi sours. Costa is too good 😹💓💓💓

This is the kind of restaurant for standing drinking with food as the main attraction @ Gotanda. Due to the high quality of the food, Todaka has a reputation for being fully booked until 2020. I went there for the first time at the invitation of one of my life mentors😋. Although the restaurant is called a standing restaurant, we were thankful that chairs were provided. We had a course that day, and the quality was as good as advertised from the beginning to the end. Under 8,000 yen including all-you-can-drink is pretty inexpensive ❗️ I wish I could go there more casually 💦 but I understand why it's so popular😃.

Izakaya, but if you want to go to a restaurant where it's hard to get a reservation, this is the place to go @ Gotanda My food best friend invited me to Todaka. The diner is fully booked until 2020💦. The earliest they will accept reservations is September. I guess. The menu is the same at both places, the difference is whether the owner is there or not. I'm OK with either one because the food is delicious. 🙆‍♂️ Strawberry Daifuku for dessert today 😋✨. It's an izakaya, but the quality is high! I'm hungry, but I'm not hungry for sweets. But still, it's huge ❗️

If you want to go to a restaurant that is increasingly difficult to make reservations, this is the place to go @ Gotanda. Dakasan is no longer abnormally popular. Reservations for the dining room have been stopped and the earliest you can get a standing reservation is March 2020...😅. It is getting harder and harder to get a reservation. The all-you-can-drink 8,000 yen course on this day. From the classic half-boiled egg with sea urchin and salmon roe to the final dish of Amaou Daifuku, it was a hearty meal. The shime no Ankou pasta🍝 was the best hit ❗️ with a stable belly 💦. Next time: July 😋.

This is the kind of restaurant where a large serving causes applause👏 @ Gotanda Tachinomi-Todaka. First time since renovation ❗️ 12,000 yen all-you-can-drink full course😄. I ordered a large portion of their special meat meal and it was amazing 😅. It was so popular that the next reservation for early hours will be in a year 😱. I'm going to train my stomach and aim for the special serving 🤩.
