A restaurant where you can enjoy oysters with Japanese cuisine, just a short walk from Roppongi Crossing. We had a course and enjoyed oysters in six different ways: raw, grilled (two kinds), fried, nabe (one-pot dish), and with rice! Anyway, the meat was big and plump and really tasty... 😫❤︎ My favorite was the fried oysters with wasabi! It was my first time to try this combination, but the simple condiment goes well with it. 👐🏻 I could feel from each dish that they wanted to serve delicious food with the best ingredients. The dessert catalana melted in my mouth. Not too stodgy after the course, perfect for the end of the meal. ❤︎(It looks like an additive-free one.) The owner of the restaurant was very friendly and explained the dishes himself and talked to us about various things, and it was fun and very comfortable from start to finish. ☺️

Tokyo Adult's Banquet (2017 Latest Edition) Featured on the cover of this year's selection of 164 special restaurants. Details are also included in the text. Please take a look. Roppongi Oyster Heart's most popular ultimate fried oysters. Made with delicious, directly sourced domestic oysters, this ultimate fried oyster dish is available from October to the end of March using Hiroshima oysters as the main ingredient. From April to August, we use the most delicious rock oysters of the season. Since we do not go through the market, freshness is maintained, and they do not shrink when fried, remaining plump and large. The outside is crispy, while the inside is thick and juicy. The oysters have no unique odor, making them recommended even for those who are not fond of oysters. When you take a bite, the flavor of the sea's milk spreads delightfully. Enjoy with salt and ponzu sauce as you like.
