Opened on July 10, 2015, in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. It has continued to be loved by local people and has become a rooted presence in the community by offering special beef tongue dishes. Since its opening, it has been supported by many and is cherished as part of Ehime's food culture.

The manager, Takemura, was born in Okayama Prefecture. He joined the company in 2022 after learning customer service at a restaurant owned by Yume to Arigato (Dream and Thank You) Inc. during his college years. After working at "GORUTO," he became manager of "Gyutan Shaba Tanbee" in January 2025. He continues to create a warm restaurant environment based on his creed of customer service that brings smiles to people's faces.
