In 2016, owner chef Issei Sugawara opened in Koenji. Focusing on craft gin, we offer a carefully selected range of drinks from around the world, and our dishes are abundant with seasonal ingredients. The concept is 'Encounters of the Day'. Each glass and each plate is crafted to create memorable experiences, weaving a 'special today' every day.
