For one person, it's good to order one appetizer and one main dish each, so for two people, a total of four plates would be a good guideline (of course, this may vary by individual).
This is a recommended menu item that about 70% of our customers order. We carefully select A5 Wagyu beef by examining the cross-section of the block, lightly searing the surface of the meat that has rich flavor and sweet, fragrant marbling to create the carpaccio.
